The genre of my music appears in the spin,vibe and the RWD magazine, these magazines are popular as shown in the circulation figures. This also shows that the market is high for this genre of music which means there is room in the market for another magazine.

My magazines audience is for 16-25 year olds. My magazine is for the male audience but will also attract females. This will make more profit because both genders can read it. My magazine is would be seen as expensive if it was a weekly magazine but because it's a monthly magazine £3.50 is affordable. This will be affordable because people in that age range usually have jobs which means they will be able to buy my magazine. I think this will interest both sexes because the price, colours are design are created to do this.

Unique selling point for my magazine

i think my magazine will sell because it's going to have a dark background with bright coloured text on the front for example, orange, yellow, blue or red which will grab the readers attention because it stands out and it is eye catching. My magazine is going to be monthly at the price of only £3.50 which will be affordable because it's only once a month. The models i'll be using will be good looking men which will attract the female eye.

I am using ipc to publish my magazine as i found there was more related to my magazine. I am doing a music magazine focussing on r&b, hip-hop and rap. The have produced the best magazines and the most popular and best selling magazines. For example, vibe. They are reasonably priced and sell well because they stand out and catch the audiences eye. My finished magazine will have a picture with direct address like theres because i know this is what sells.
